Q: How can I request a hard copy of The Hub?

Q: When does the Civic Association Meet?
A: Civic Association usually meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at the city building.  Please send an email to president@phcahub.org
to confirm meeting time.

Q: Who do I contact for police issues and questions?
A: For non-emergency calls call the Park Hills Police Department
at 859-431-6172 or for emergency’s dial 911.

Q: When are animal registrations due? How much?
A: Animal registrations are due in the month of May. Both dogs and cats can be registered for $5 per animal. These are available at the clerk’s office but can also be mailed in. Make sure to include all information with your payment. Signs will be posted throughout the city with a reminder.

Q: When should I have my vehicle tags renewed?
A: Vehicle tags are due in February and are $15 per vehicle. There is a late fee beginning March 1st of $20 that is strictly enforced. Please have your car’s make, model, year, and plate number. These are available at the clerk’s office but can also be mailed in. Make sure to include all information with your payment. Signs will be posted throughout the city with a reminder.

Q: Can I pay my PHCA dues with a credit card?
A: PHCA can only accept cash, checks and money orders for payment of PHCA dues. No credit cards can be accepted at this time.

Q: Where can I pickup a red recycling bin?
A: Red recycling bins are available at the city building located in the walkway on the right side of the building.

Q: When is my tax bill due?
A: Tax bills are sent out at the end of August and are due
by September 30th.

Q: When are council meetings held?
A: Council meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month
at 7:30pm in the council chambers.
