About Us

Objectives
The primary purpose and objective of the Civic Association is to improve and promote civic and recreational interest to Park Hills residents. 
 
The PHKCA is a group of dues paying residents who live in Park Hills.  The Association holds regular meetings and sponsors various social events during the year. 

Membership
Membership shall consist of any reputable individual resident owning, renting or operating a businesses located in the City of Park Hills or the unincorporated territories of the Park Hills; provided they are over 18 years of age.

Liz St. Onge, President

 

Liz is a Portrait Photographer who enjoys gardening, wheel throwing, and anything outdoors. She and her husband have two kids Gabriel and Abagail.

Rachel Dammel, Vice President & Communications

 

Rachel is the Office Manager at Northern Kentucky Physical Medicine & Medical Weight Loss in Florence, KY. She likes running, helping people with their health and wellness, and spending time with her husband and daughter, Clara.

Katie Rademacher, Treasurer & Secretary

 

Katie is a Project Manager for the Model Group. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, antiquing, decorating/home improvement projects, and traveling.  Katie and her husband have a daughter, Juliet, and a son, Henry.
