Luminary Night* / Christmas in the Park & Carriage Rides**

Beginning at 5:00pm

This is a magical night for viewing your city streets lit up with luminaries, and participate in festivities to celebrate the season. As luminaries line our charming streets, we share joy with our annual Christmas in the Park. Come together with neighbors and friends on a night filled with carolers, carriage rides, local vendors, and more. We look forward, and also to bringing back photos with Santa this year! Luminaries begin at 5:00pm. Festivities in Trolley Park and carriage rides begin at 6:00pm.

• Street Captains distribute Luminary Order Forms to your house. A Street Captain is a volunteer near you who has offered to help distribute luminaries on your block. For more information about Luminary Night, please contact the Avant Gardners, c/o Carol Bethel, clbethel@fuse.net. *This is a fundraiser brought to you by and for the Park Hills Avant Gardeners, who tend to the city’s beautiful gardens all year.
• Carriage Rides are available for purchase late November, 2024. An email will be sent with link to purchase. 
• More details on Christmas in the Park to come as we get closer to the event date. **Carriage Rides and Christmas in the Park are brought to you by Park Hills Civic Association.

Carriage Ride Reservations

Carriage Rides are from 6-9pm with rides every 20 min (last reservation is at 8:40pm). Reservations are $10 per person (children under 2 are free). We cannot oversell the carriages due to weight restrictions for the horses, so please make sure you purchase a ticket for every rider. 

Please check-in with a member of the Civic Association at the Lady of Lourdes Church on Amsterdam Rd. at least 5 minutes prior to your reservation. 

Christmas in the Park

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting with residents young and old from 6-8pm in Trolley Park. Stop by to tell them your Christmas wish list and grab a cookie and hot chocolate as well!

The Trolley Park Tree Lighting will take place at 6pm to kick off the evening.
