The PHCA is a resident-supported organization run by resident volunteers.

Next time you attend a PHCA sponsored event, look for the Donation Station, and we will be happy to accept your donation. Our next event is Luminary Night, Sunday, December 22. Our drive is happening now through November 17, and you may donate to PHCA anytime at any of our many events.
