Welcome to the City of Park Hills, Kentucky.  The Park Hills Civic Association offers numerous social opportunities for Park Hills residents.  Visit our events page for a list of PHCA activities.  By signing up for PHCA membership you and your family can take advantage of numerous opportunities for social interaction with your neighbors.  The PHCA is always looking for donations of time and expertise.  Give just a few hours per year, month, or week--there are numerous ways to get involved in the neighborhood whether your primary interest is meeting your neighbors or helping to enhance our events.  The PHCA relies on members, friends, and neighbors to conduct its operations and we appreciate all levels of commitment.

New Police Chief: Amy Schworer will be sworn in as the new Police Chief of Park Hills on Monday, August 30th at The Garden's of Park Hills.  The event will be from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.  Light refreshments will be served with a cash bar option. Please join us in welcoming Amy!
