About Us

Objectives
The primary purpose and objective of the Civic Association is to improve and promote civic and recreational interest to Park Hills residents. 
 
The PHKCA is a group of dues paying residents who live in Park Hills. The Association holds regular meetings and sponsors various social events during the year. 

Membership
Membership shall consist of any reputable individual resident owning, renting or operating a businesses located in the City of Park Hills or the unincorporated territories of the Park Hills; provided they are over 18 years of age.

Liz St. Onge

 

Liz served as president a few years ago and is happy to be serving her beloved hometown once again. Liz and her husband Rick have two children, Garbriel and Abagail, who keep them busy! 

Shannon Gemeinhardt

 

Shannon and her husband Greg have lived in Park Hills since moving from Mississippi in 2005. Their two teenagers, Thomas and Laura, keep them very busy with their activities. Shannon previously served on PHCA board 15 years ago.

Katie Rademacher

 

Katie has been serving on the PHCA Leadership team since 2016. She is a Senior Developer for the Model Group and enjoys spending time with family and friends, antiquing, fitness and traveling. Katie and her husband Nick have two children, Juliet and Henry.
