Welcome to Park Hills Civic Association, located in the City of Park Hills, Kentucky
The Park Hills Civic Association offers numerous social opportunities for Park Hills residents. Visit our events page for a list of PHCA activities. By signing up for PHCA membership you and your family can take advantage of numerous opportunities for social interaction with your neighbors. The PHCA is always looking for donations of time and expertise. Give just a few hours per year, month, or week--there are numerous ways to get involved in the neighborhood whether your primary interest is meeting your neighbors or helping to enhance our events. The PHCA relies on members, friends, and neighbors to conduct its operations and we appreciate all levels of commitment.
Calendar of Events
Park Hills Memorial Day Parade: Monday, May 27th
Mark your calendars for the 2013 Park Hills Memorial Day Parade! The parade starts at 11:30am at Notre Dame Academy and concludes at Trolley Park.
Route as follows: Dixie Highway to Arlington, to Old State, to Amsterdam, to Park Drive.
All entries welcome! Floats are not necessary to participate - just come join the fun (the parade goes on rain or shine so rainproof works best)
Two new events! Best Dressed Dog and Owner and Best Decorated Bike contests!
Prizes for the:
- Silliest entry
- Most patriotic entry
- Most original entry
Citizens of all ages are encouraged to join in the parade and entries can be submitted via e-mail at parade@phcahub.org.
2013 Membership Drive
If you are like many of us, it's hard to remember exactly when you joined or renewed your dues to the PHCA. In an effort to alleviate the anxiety of remembering yet another annual renewal process, we have opted to coordinate the PHCA Membership Drive to coincide with the Park Hills vehicle tag renewal!
Your membership dollars support wonderful events like the Easter Egg Hunt, Memorial Day Parade, Park Hills Yard Sale, Christmas in the Park, Picnic/Field Day, Pumpkin Parade, Breakfast With Santa, and Christmas in the Park. Dues also support communication efforts both online, via e-mail, and occassionally in print.
Now through the end of February please consider a new or continued membership in the Park Hills Civic Association.

Individual - $10
Family - $20
Senior (65+) - $5
Senior Family (2, 65+) - $10
You will also have the opportunity to support a particular event, the PHCA general fund, the Avant Gardners, or to make an additional donation if you so choose. Oh, and there's even a spot to allow you to raise your hand to volunteer to help out! Committee? Specific Event? You name it, we can always use the help!
Online membership & donation payments will be processed via PayPal. If you prefer not to register and pay online, you may also choose a paper registration paid by check in person at the City Building.
