Welcome to Park Hills Civic Association, located in the City of Park Hills, Kentucky
The Park Hills Civic Association offers numerous social opportunities for Park Hills residents. Visit our events page for a list of PHCA activities. By signing up for PHCA membership you and your family can take advantage of numerous opportunities for social interaction with your neighbors. The PHCA is always looking for donations of time and expertise. Give just a few hours per year, month, or week--there are numerous ways to get involved in the neighborhood whether your primary interest is meeting your neighbors or helping to enhance our events. The PHCA relies on members, friends, and neighbors to conduct its operations and we appreciate all levels of commitment.
City-Wide Yard Sale

Saturday, May 19th
8am - 3pm
Spring has sprung and now is the perfect time to clear out those garages, basements, attics, closets, cabinets & drawers! To register your sale, you must obtain a permit from the City by either mailing your $10 registration fee to 1106 Amsterdam Rd. or by making an in-person payment at the City Building. A list of participating addresses will be posted on our website to help drive traffic and increase sales. To learn about this great benefit click here.

Large Item Pickup Day

Wednesday, May 23rd
Please have items on the curb the night before or by 7:00 am Wednesday morning!!
Don't Forget the Rules!
- Any items with Freon (air conditioners/refrigerators) must have a tag indicating that the Freon has been removed. An AC or Refrigerator Company that removes the Freon can provide the tag, or you may use Rumke's form available here.
- Yard waste, such as leaves, must be in bags or cans. Branches and twigs must be tied together in bundles no more than five (5) feet in length and must be less than forty (40) pounds.
- Rumpke will not pick up Hazardous Wastes such as paint thinners, oils, solvents, tires, batteries, etc.
- Note: If you have questions on how to dispose of the above items or to find out what items Rumpke will or will not pick up, please contact the Kenton County Solid Waste Coordinator at 859-392-1920.
Memorial Day Parade

Come One......Come All!
Monday, May 28th at 11:30 A.M.
Enter your group, business, or street in the parade! There is no charge but you must register by e-mail at: parade@phcahub.org or by calling 859.512.1411.
Parade Route: Beginning at Notre Dame Academy, Dixie Highway, Arlington Rd., Old State Rd., Terrace Dr., Amsterdam Rd., and Park Drive.
Garden Club Bake Sale: A bake sale sponsored by the Park Hills Garden Club will be open for business prior to the parade at the corner of Amsterdam and Park Drive. Starting at 10:00am, please bring your cakes, pies and goodies for sale as the proceeds support the Garden Club activities.
Faith Christian Center Carnival:
In conjunction with the Park Hills Memorial Day festivities, Faith Christian Center will once again join in with their carnival festivities.
They'll have...
- Sno Cones...FREE
- Popcorn...FREE
- Loads of Fun...FREE
Come see what else...the fun starts at 10:30am.
A flag-raising ceremony will be held at the intersection of Amsterdam & Park Dr. immediately following the parade.

WE NEED YOU!
We need volunteers to help setup for the parade. There are two areas where help is needed:
- 9am: Trolley Park setup
- 10:30 am: Parade staging at Notre Dame's parking lot
