Welcome to Park Hills Civic Association, located in the City of Park Hills, Kentucky
The Park Hills Civic Association offers numerous social opportunities for Park Hills residents. Visit our events page for a list of PHCA activities. By signing up for PHCA membership you and your family can take advantage of numerous opportunities for social interaction with your neighbors. The PHCA is always looking for donations of time and expertise. Give just a few hours per year, month, or week--there are numerous ways to get involved in the neighborhood whether your primary interest is meeting your neighbors or helping to enhance our events. The PHCA relies on members, friends, and neighbors to conduct its operations and we appreciate all levels of commitment.
Annual Membership Drive
The Park Hills Civic Association is a member-supported organization dedicated to enhancing community life in Park Hills. Your membership dollars support the community events Park Hills is known for like the Easter Egg Hunt, Memorial Day Parade, Park Hills Yard Sale, Pumpkin Parade, Breakfast with Santa, and Christmas in the Park.
While several events are very inexpensive to run, member support is essential for us to continue traditions such as Breakfast with Santa, Christmas in the Park, and the Memorial Day Parade.
There are two options to join or renew:
- Mail your payment to 1106 Amsterdam Rd. (or drop off your payment at the city building)
- Click here to register and pay online through our website via PayPal (a PayPal account is not necessary).
Thank you for your support and we look forward to another year of family fun and tradition in Park Hills!
